이용약관

제1조 목적

이 약관은 인사이트(이하 「회사」)가 제공하는 모바일 게임 「파멸의 마법사」(영문 Wizard of Ruin)와 관련 서비스(이하 「서비스」)를 이용하는 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.

제2조 용어

• 「이용자」: 이 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 사람
• 「계정」: 서비스 이용을 위해 첫 실행 때 자동으로 만들어지는 게스트 계정과, 여기에 연결한 구글·애플 계정
• 「유료 재화」: App Store 또는 Google Play에서 돈을 내고 사는 「보석」
• 「무료 재화」: 게임 플레이, 광고 시청, 이벤트 등으로 얻는 「금화」, 「마력 결정」, 「보석」(무료로 받은 것), 「컨티뉴 토큰」 등

제3조 약관의 효력과 변경

• 이 약관은 서비스 화면 또는 이 페이지에 게시해 효력이 생깁니다. 이용자가 서비스를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
• 회사는 관련 법령을 어기지 않는 범위에서 약관을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 바꿀 때는 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 경우 30일 전)부터 이 페이지에 알립니다.
• 바뀐 약관에 동의하지 않으면 이용을 멈추고 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

제4조 계정

• 게임을 처음 실행하면 게스트 계정이 자동으로 만들어집니다.
• 게스트 계정의 로그인 정보는 해당 기기에만 저장됩니다. 구글 또는 애플 계정을 연결하지 않은 채 앱을 지우거나 기기를 바꾸면 계정을 되찾을 수 없습니다. 회사는 이로 인한 손실을 복구할 의무가 없습니다.
• 이용자는 자신의 계정을 다른 사람에게 팔거나 빌려주거나 넘길 수 없습니다.

제5조 유료 재화와 결제

• 보석은 App Store 또는 Google Play의 결제 수단으로 삽니다. 결제는 각 스토어가 처리하며, 결제 조건은 해당 스토어의 약관을 따릅니다.
• 구매한 보석은 결제가 확인된 뒤 계정에 지급됩니다.
• 보석과 무료 재화는 게임 안에서만 쓸 수 있고, 현금으로 바꾸거나 다른 계정으로 옮길 수 없습니다.
• 무료 재화와 게임 아이템은 게임 운영을 위해 수량, 가격, 효과가 바뀔 수 있습니다.

제6조 청약 철회와 환불

• 결제 취소와 환불은 각 스토어의 환불 정책과 절차를 따릅니다.

  • Google Play: Google Play 환불 안내
• 사용하지 않은 유료 재화는 관련 법령과 스토어 정책에 따라 청약 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 이미 사용한 보석이나 보석으로 산 아이템은 청약 철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
• 환불이 이루어지면 회사는 지급한 보석을 회수합니다. 이미 사용해 잔액이 부족하면 잔액이 마이너스로 표시되고, 마이너스가 해소될 때까지 보석을 쓰는 구매가 제한됩니다.
• 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우, 미성년자 본인 또는 법정대리인은 관련 법령에 따라 결제를 취소할 수 있습니다.
• 회사의 잘못으로 보석이 지급되지 않으면 support@inxight.co.kr로 알려 주세요. 확인 후 지급하거나 환불을 돕습니다.

제7조 광고

서비스에는 보상형 광고가 있습니다. 광고는 이용자가 선택할 때만 나오며, 끝까지 보고 광고 제공자의 확인이 온 경우에 보상을 지급합니다. 광고 보상은 하루 횟수에 제한이 있습니다.

제8조 금지 행위와 이용 제한

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

1. 게임 앱이나 통신 내용, 저장 파일을 변조하거나 해킹 도구, 자동 실행 프로그램을 쓰는 행위
2. 오류나 버그를 일부러 이용해 재화, 아이템, 점수를 얻는 행위와 이를 알리지 않고 퍼뜨리는 행위
3. 실제 플레이가 아닌 점수나 결과를 랭킹에 제출하는 행위
4. 결제 후 부당하게 환불을 받는 등 결제를 악용하는 행위
5. 다른 사람의 계정을 쓰거나 계정을 사고파는 행위
6. 서버에 과도한 요청을 보내는 등 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위
7. 표시 이름 등에 욕설, 차별, 음란한 내용이나 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하는 내용을 쓰는 행위

회사는 이런 행위가 확인되거나 의심되면 다음 조치를 할 수 있습니다.

• 해당 기록을 랭킹에서 제외하거나 리그 보상을 주지 않음
• 부당하게 얻은 재화, 아이템 회수
• 계정 이용 정지

조치에 이의가 있으면 support@inxight.co.kr로 알려 주세요. 회사는 내용을 다시 확인하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.

제9조 서비스의 변경과 중단

• 회사는 점검, 설비 교체, 장애 대응을 위해 서비스를 잠시 멈출 수 있습니다. 미리 알릴 수 있으면 게임 안 공지로 알립니다.
• 회사는 운영상 필요하면 게임 내용을 바꾸거나, 오래된 앱 버전의 접속을 막고 업데이트를 요구할 수 있습니다.
• 서비스를 완전히 끝내는 경우 30일 전에 알립니다. 이때 사용하지 않은 유료 재화는 관련 법령과 스토어 정책에 따라 처리합니다.

제10조 탈퇴

이용자는 언제든지 게임 안 계정 → 계정 삭제에서 바로 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 게임을 쓸 수 없는 경우에는 support@inxight.co.kr로 요청할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴하면 진행 상황, 보유 재화와 아이템은 사라지며 되살릴 수 없습니다. 탈퇴할 때 처리되는 정보는 개인정보처리방침에 적혀 있습니다.

제11조 면책

• 회사는 천재지변, 통신 장애, 스토어·광고 제공자의 장애 등 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 서비스를 제공하지 못한 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 회사는 이용자의 잘못(기기 분실, 계정 미연결 상태에서 앱 삭제 등)으로 생긴 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 서비스는 무료로 제공되는 부분을 포함하며, 회사는 무료 서비스 이용으로 생긴 손해에 대해 법령에 특별한 규정이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 위 항목은 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해에는 적용하지 않습니다.

제12조 준거법과 분쟁 해결

이 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따릅니다. 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 먼저 서로 협의해 해결하고, 소송이 필요하면 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

Terms of Service

Effective November 6, 2026

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions for using the mobile game Wizard of Ruin (Korean title 파멸의 마법사) and related services (the "Service") provided by Inxight ("we"), and the rights and obligations of you and us.

2. Definitions

• "User": anyone who uses the Service under these Terms
• "Account": the guest account created automatically on first launch, and any Google or Apple account linked to it
• "Paid currency": Gems purchased with money through the App Store or Google Play
• "Free currency": Gold, Mana Crystals, Gems received for free, Continue tokens and similar items earned through play, ads or events

3. Effect and changes

• These Terms take effect when posted in the Service or on this page. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
• We may change these Terms within the limits of applicable law. We will post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days if they are unfavorable to you).
• If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

4. Accounts

• A guest account is created automatically the first time you launch the Game.
• The sign-in data for a guest account is stored only on that device. If you uninstall the app or change devices without linking a Google or Apple account, the account cannot be recovered, and we are not obliged to restore it.
• You may not sell, lend or transfer your account to anyone else.

5. Paid currency and payments

• Gems are purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Payments are processed by each store and are subject to that store's terms.
• Purchased Gems are added to your account after the payment is verified.
• Gems and free currency can only be used in the Game. They cannot be exchanged for cash or moved to another account.
• The amounts, prices and effects of free currency and in-game items may change as part of running the Game.

6. Cancellation and refunds

• Cancellations and refunds follow each store's refund policy and process.

  • Google Play: Google Play refund policy
• Unused paid currency may be cancelled in accordance with applicable law and store policy. Gems already spent, and items bought with Gems, may not be eligible.
• When a refund is made, we take back the Gems that were granted. If they have already been spent, your balance may become negative, and purchases using Gems are blocked until the balance is no longer negative.
• If a minor made a payment without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the guardian may cancel it as provided by law.
• If Gems are not delivered because of our error, contact support@inxight.co.kr. We will deliver them after checking or help with a refund.

7. Advertising

The Service includes rewarded ads. Ads are shown only when you choose to watch one, and rewards are granted when you watch to the end and the ad provider confirms it. Ad rewards are limited per day.

8. Prohibited conduct and restrictions

You must not:

1. Modify the app, its network traffic or save files, or use hacking tools or bots
2. Deliberately exploit errors or bugs to obtain currency, items or scores, or spread such exploits
3. Submit scores or results to leaderboards that did not come from real play
4. Abuse payments, such as obtaining refunds improperly after purchase
5. Use another person's account, or buy or sell accounts
6. Interfere with the Service, for example by sending excessive requests to the server
7. Use display names or other content that is abusive, discriminatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of others

If such conduct is confirmed or suspected, we may:

• Remove the records from leaderboards or withhold league rewards
• Take back currency or items obtained improperly
• Suspend the account

If you disagree with an action, contact support@inxight.co.kr. We will review it again and tell you the result.

9. Changes to and interruption of the Service

• We may pause the Service temporarily for maintenance, equipment replacement or incident response, and will announce it in the Game in advance where possible.
• We may change game content when needed, or block old app versions and require an update.
• If we end the Service permanently, we will give 30 days' notice. Unused paid currency will be handled according to applicable law and store policy.

10. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the game under Account → Delete account. If you cannot use the game, you can request deletion at support@inxight.co.kr. Deleting your account permanently removes your progress, currency and items. What happens to your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for failure to provide the Service due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters, network failures, or outages of stores or ad providers.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by the user, such as losing a device or uninstalling the app without a linked account.
• Parts of the Service are free, and unless the law provides otherwise we are not liable for losses arising from free features.
• None of the above applies to losses caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will first be resolved by discussion; if a lawsuit is needed, it will be brought before the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

Addendum

These Terms are effective as of November 6, 2026. If the English and Korean versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
