개인정보처리방침

인사이트(이하 「회사」)는 모바일 게임 「파멸의 마법사」(영문 Wizard of Ruin, 이하 「게임」)를 운영하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 처리합니다. 이 방침은 게임이 어떤 정보를 왜 받고, 얼마나 보관하며, 이용자가 어떻게 권리를 행사할 수 있는지 알려 드립니다.

게임은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 주소를 입력받지 않습니다.

1. 처리하는 개인정보와 목적

게임 서버와 통신하는 과정에서 기기의 IP 주소가 전달되지만, 회사 서버의 데이터베이스에는 IP 주소를 저장하지 않습니다.

설정(음량, 언어, 감도)과 로그인 정보는 기기 안에 암호화된 파일로 저장되며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.

2. 광고와 분석 도구

게임은 보상형 광고를 위해 Google AdMob을, 이용 통계를 위해 Google Firebase Analytics를 씁니다. 이 도구들은 광고 식별자(Android 광고 ID, iOS 광고 식별자 IDFA), IP 주소, 기기 정보 등을 Google에 보낼 수 있습니다. 광고 보상을 확인하기 위해 회사는 계정 번호를 광고 요청에 함께 실어 보냅니다.

유럽·영국 등 법령상 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 처음 실행할 때 Google 동의 화면이 나오며, 이 지역에서는 분석 도구의 광고·분석 저장 동의 신호를 「거부」 상태로 보냅니다.
iOS에서는 이용자가 「앱 추적 허용」을 하지 않으면 광고 식별자가 전달되지 않습니다.
광고 식별자는 기기 설정에서 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다(Android: 설정 → Google → 광고, iOS: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적).

3. 보관 기간과 파기

계정과 게임 진행 정보: 회원 탈퇴 때까지 보관합니다.
로그인 토큰: 발급 후 30일이 지나면 만료됩니다.
재화 증감 내역과 결제 기록: 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 대금 결제와 재화 공급에 관한 기록을 5년간 보관합니다.

탈퇴할 때 처리되는 내용

즉시 삭제: 설치 키, 로그인 토큰, 구글·애플 계정 연결 정보, 보유 아이템
즉시 초기화: 표시 이름, 경험치, 스테이지 기록, 설정
랭킹: 해당 계정의 기록을 모두 랭킹에서 제외합니다.
애플 계정을 연결한 경우: 애플에 연결 철회를 요청합니다. 요청이 실패하면 1시간마다 다시 시도합니다.
남는 정보: 재화 증감 내역과 결제 기록(위 법정 보관), 그리고 판별 플레이 기록·기록 검사 결과가 삭제된 계정 번호에 묶인 채 남습니다. 이 정보는 정산, 환불, 부정행위 조사 목적으로만 씁니다.

탈퇴는 게임 안 계정 → 계정 삭제에서 바로 할 수 있고, 게임을 쓸 수 없으면 support@inxight.co.kr로 요청할 수 있습니다. 보관 기간이 끝난 정보는 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다.

4. 제3자 제공

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법령에 따라 수사기관 등이 정해진 절차로 요구하는 경우는 예외입니다.

5. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전

게임은 다음 회사의 서비스를 이용하며, 이 과정에서 정보가 해당 회사의 서버(미국 등)로 전송됩니다. 전송은 앱을 사용할 때 네트워크를 통해 이루어집니다.

보관 기간은 각 회사의 정책을 따릅니다. 국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 구글·애플 계정을 연결하지 않고, 기기 설정에서 광고 식별자를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 다만 광고와 결제 기능은 이 서비스를 통해서만 제공되므로 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. support@inxight.co.kr로 요청하면 본인 계정임을 확인한 뒤 지체 없이 처리합니다. 문의할 때 게임 안에 표시되는 계정 정보를 함께 보내 주시면 빠르게 확인할 수 있습니다.

7. 안전성 확보 조치

설치 키와 로그인 토큰은 원래 값 대신 해시값으로 저장합니다.
애플 갱신 토큰과 구매 토큰은 암호화해 저장합니다.
기기에 저장하는 계정 정보와 진행 파일은 암호화합니다.
관리자 계정은 권한 등급을 나누고, 관리자 작업은 기록으로 남깁니다.
재화 증감 내역은 고칠 수 없게 추가만 되도록 저장합니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

게임은 나이를 묻지 않으며, 이름·연락처 등 아동을 직접 식별하는 정보를 받지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 법정대리인은 아동의 정보 열람, 삭제를 위 문의처로 요청할 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy

Effective November 6, 2026

Inxight ("we") operates the mobile game Wizard of Ruin (Korean title 파멸의 마법사, the "Game") and processes personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws. This policy explains what the Game collects and why, how long it is kept, and how you can exercise your rights.

The Game never asks for your name, email address, phone number, or postal address.

1. Information we process and why

Your device's IP address is transmitted when the Game talks to our server, but we do not store IP addresses in our server database.

Settings (volume, language, sensitivity) and sign-in data are stored in encrypted files on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app.

2. Advertising and analytics

The Game uses Google AdMob for rewarded ads and Google Firebase Analytics for usage statistics. These tools may send advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID, iOS IDFA), IP address and device information to Google. To confirm ad rewards, we attach your account number to ad requests.

In regions where consent is legally required, such as the EU and the UK, a Google consent form is shown on first launch, and in those regions the analytics consent signals for ad and analytics storage are sent as "denied".
On iOS, the advertising identifier is not shared unless you choose "Allow Tracking".
You can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

3. Retention and deletion

Account and progress data: kept until you delete your account.
Login tokens: expire 30 days after they are issued.
Currency transaction history and payment records: kept for 5 years as required by the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

What happens when you delete your account

Deleted immediately: install key, login tokens, Google / Apple account links, owned items
Reset immediately: display name, experience, stage records, settings
Leaderboards: all of the account's records are removed from rankings.
If an Apple account was linked: we ask Apple to revoke the link. If the request fails, we retry every hour.
What remains: currency transaction history and payment records (statutory retention above), plus run records and record check results, which stay attached to the deleted account number. They are used only for accounting, refunds and fraud investigation.

You can delete your account in the game under Account → Delete account, or, if you cannot use the game, request deletion at support@inxight.co.kr. Data whose retention period has ended is deleted so that it cannot be recovered.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except when required by law through due process, such as a request from investigative authorities.

5. Service providers and international transfer

The Game uses the services below, and information is transmitted over the network to their servers (including in the United States) while you use the app.

Retention follows each provider's policy. If you do not want these transfers, you can choose not to link a Google or Apple account and delete your advertising identifier in device settings. Ads and purchases are only available through these services, so those features may be limited.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time by writing to support@inxight.co.kr. We will verify that the account is yours and act without delay. Including the account information shown in the Game helps us find your account quickly.

7. Security measures

Install keys and login tokens are stored as hashes, not their original values.
Apple refresh tokens and purchase tokens are stored encrypted.
Account data and progress files saved on your device are encrypted.
Administrator accounts have separate permission levels, and administrator actions are logged.
Currency transaction history is append-only and cannot be edited.

8. Children

The Game does not ask for age and does not collect information that directly identifies a child, such as a name or contact details. A parent or legal guardian of a child under 14 may request access to or deletion of the child's information at the contact below.

This policy is effective as of November 6, 2026. If the English and Korean versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
